This Sunday, the journey to Advent begins!

City Church Family,

 This Sunday, the journey to Advent begins! Advent is as much about looking to the past and remembering Christ’s birth as it is about looking forward to His return. The Savior was born! This is a great time to pause, reflect, and worship Jesus for what He has done.

 We will be giving out Advent daily meditations to help you on your journey.  As we reflect on the One who came and will come again, I am praying that we will experience a gentle move away from the consumerism often associated with Christmas. I encourage you to allow your heart to be filled with hope, peace, joy, and love during this season.  

 I want to personally invite you to join us weekly staring this Sunday, December 3 at 9:30 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. We will have children’s environments available for your kids as well. Our time together will be special as we reflect on Christ’s birth and celebrate who He is in our lives!
