City Church family,
2024 has been an amazing year for our church. We have seen so much growth in the life of our community. Here are just a few highlights from this year:
We completed a summer reading plan that took us through the New Testament.
We volunteered for the Feed the Valley event.
We had two successful sessions of Groups which strengthened our community in a special way.
Many elementary, middle, and high school students were impacted greatly by Kids Camp and Fall Retreat.
Students are being prayed for daily due to the Pray for Me campaign with City Students.
41 people were baptized this year.
As you can see, God has been so good to us! Our theme of “Restoration and Acceleration” has truly been evident throughout it all as we have grown in spiritual formation and seen God move in our community.
We have come to the end of the year, and I want to ask for your help. Currently, we are running about 2.5% behind in giving for the year. This equates to around $40k. As a church, we always want to finish well and start strong as we head into a new year, so I want to ask everyone to take a step in giving and allow God to speak to you on how you can be generous in the last couple months of the year.
